Aura Photography Booking Policy and FAQ

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations

When you book an aura photo session, that time is reserved just for you—and we prepare with care to make your experience special!

We allow you to reschedule your appointment one time as long as you let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

✨ Cancellations: All bookings are final. If you need to cancel, you’ll receive a 50% refund. To be eligible for 50% cancellation refund you must notify us within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment. Any cancellations out of this timeframe will be deemed a no-show and not eligible for a refund.

✨ No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notice you are not eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time and energy that goes into every session.

⏳ Late Arrivals

• Please arrive on time for your session! If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your session to accommodate our other bookings.
• If you arrive 15+ minutes late and we are unable to fit you in, your session will be considered a missed appointment and will not be refunded.

💰 Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of this experience, all sales are final.
• If there is an issue with your photo (such as a technical error with the camera), we will gladly retake it at no additional cost.

📸 Additional Notes

• Aura photos are one-of-a-kind instant film prints and may vary in color, lighting, or intensity based on your energy and the moment captured.
• Group and couple sessions require all participants to arrive together for the session.
• By booking a session, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to capture your aura!
