Something Wrong with My Order

My package never came in. 

If you have not received a tracking number in your email 3 days after completing your transaction please send an email to There is an option to add insurance for an extra fee at checkout that will cover lost packages, called Route. If you decide to opt out of adding insurance to your order I cannot offer refunds or store credit for stolen/lost packages and tracking numbers with a status of "Delivered". If this is the case for you, please reach out to USPS for assistance.

My item came damaged.

Shipping your items carefully and safely for their long journey to their home is one of my top priorities. If any of your orders come damaged please send me a picture via email and we can sort out a solution.

Adding Route insurance to your order will cover your package if the box is  completely destroyed in transit. I do not offer refunds or store credit for packages that have been destroyed in transit.

Something is missing from my package. 

I try my best to ensure that nothing is missing from your packages but I am human and make mistakes sometimes! If you notice that something is missing from your order please send an email to and I can help locate your item and send it you with free shipping! :) 

I was using my item and it broke/become damaged. 

I am so sorry to hear this, but unfortunately I do not offer store credit or refunds for items that become damaged once they are in use.

I received my package and am having a hard time removing the sticker label. 

Using labels is the best system for me to use when keeping track of your orders especially during a live sale. The best way I find to remove sticker goop is to take some warm water with a toothbrush and gently brush off the residue!

My live sale listing is gone. 

I allow 24 hours to pay off your live sale listing after it has been posted to the website. After 24 hours all unpaid invoices will be canceled if you have not communicated with me. If you would still like your items but have missed the 24 window to pay please email with your Instagram username and I can see if those items are still available. Repeat non-payers are at risk of being blocked from future sales. Please be responsible and considerate.
