Each session includes a printed photo and an aura color interpretation card to help you understand your unique energy.

We are located on a pedestrian only street.

On-site paid parking is available at the Colonnade Plaza Garage (201 S Fourth St, San Jose, CA 95112).
Additional parking is available at the Second & San Carlos Street Garage (280 S Second St, San Jose, CA 95113) (2 min walk). For details on hours, rates, and availability, visit parksj.org. First 90 minutes free at any Park SJ lot.

Booking Policy

Aura Photography Booking Policy 🔮✨

We’re so excited to capture your energy at Bad Witch Crystals! To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, please review our booking policies below.

📅 Rescheduling & Cancellations

All bookings are final. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for any reason.

If you can’t make your appointment, you may reschedule once at no additional cost, as long as you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

⏳ Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your session! If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule or shorten your session to accommodate our other bookings.
If you arrive 15+ minutes late and we are unable to fit you in, your session will be considered a missed appointment and will not be refunded.

💰 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this experience, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a session has been completed.
If there is an issue with your photo (such as a technical error with the camera), we will gladly retake it at no additional cost.

📸 Additional Notes

Aura photos are one-of-a-kind instant film prints and may vary in color, lighting, or intensity based on your energy and the moment captured.
Group and couple sessions require all participants to arrive together for the session.
